Dr. Gail Andrew, MDCM FRCP(C)
Gail Andrew is currently the Medical Director of Preschool Services and FASD Clinical Services at Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, and is affiliated with the University of Alberta as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Andrews received her BSc and MDCM from McGill University. She holds a FRCP(C) in Pediatrics, from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Canada with training in Perinatal and Neonatal Medicine and Developmental Pediatrics.
Previously, Andrew was a member of the multi-disciplinary team of the Alberta Medical Association that developed Clinical Practice Guidelines for Prevention and Diagnosis of FASD and assisted with the implementation of these guidelines through presentations at Continuing Medical Education for physicians. She also helped to establish the clinic at Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital to diagnose and support individuals with FASD.
