Mr. Peter W. Webster
Peter Webster is a business executive and a philanthropist with over 30 years’ experience. He serves on many local, national and international corporate and non-profit boards. Webster serves as the trustee of the R. Howard Webster Foundation, which is one of Canada’s largest private foundations. It specializes in supporting children’s needs, education and criminal justice issues.
In 2007, Webster was inducted into the BC Sports Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding contribution to sport development and the welfare of athletes in BC and across Canada. He also serves as a member of the Vancouver Police Board, the Justice Institute of British Columbia, the Douglas College Foundation Board, the Vancouver Police Foundation and the Board of Governors at Acadia University. He is the Chairman of the Foundation Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Canada and is the Past-Director of the British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame.
