Ms. Michelle Dubik, BA(Hon), BSW

Michelle Dubik is Assistant Director of Policy and Program Development with the Employment and Income Assistance branch of Family Services and Housing in Manitoba. She has a BA(Hon) in Psychology and BSW. Dubik has worked in government, developing programs and policies designed primarily to support women in decreasing their alcohol use during pregnancy and to create support services for individuals and families living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum disorder.

She has designed and implemented multiple program evaluations and in her work with Healthy Child Manitoba, she led an inter-departmental committee in the development of a multi-faceted, multi-year provincial FASD strategy.
