Ms. Helen Klengenberg, BA, MBA
Helen Klengenberg is a strategic management consultant and founding partner of Aarluk Consulting. She has Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, completed her certification in Municipal Administration from McMaster University and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration through St. Mary’s University.
Prior to joining Aarluk Consulting, Klengenberg worked for more than fifteen years as a senior manager within Territorial and Municipal Governments land claims organizations, territorial boards and not-for-profit agencies, with a role primarily as operational and human resource management. Her projects have ranged from teaching municipal employees in community administration to the promotion of culture and languages in Nunavut.
She is fluently bilingual in Inuinnaqtun and English and has an understanding of the many Inuktitut dialects. Klengenberg is involved in community wellness as a board member of CanFASD Northwest and as a senior Justice of the Peace with the Nunavut Court of Justice.
