Location: Based in Duncan, BC (project has involved Cowichan Valley organization, plus four other BC communities, and will involve two additional Canadian communities in Year 3)

Description: Project is a three-year educational and training pilot project designed to increase the capacity of communities throughout BC and Canada in their ability to effectively accommodate people living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). This project works with community organizations in the Cowichan Valley Regional District, other parts of Vancouver Island, British Columbia and Canada to assess their knowledge about FASD and to build their capacity to accommodate people living with it.
