Brief Description: The purpose of the proposed project is to evaluate the First Steps, Coaching Families, and Step by Step FASD Programs at Catholic Social Services. We propose to analyze existing data already collected through Catholic Social Services to ascertain the effectiveness of the First Steps, Coaching Families, and Step by Step Programs and also to conduct a qualitative evaluation related to program effectiveness by conducting interviews with mentors in each program.
