Brief Description: a plan to outline the training required for province-wide reporting of diagnoses of FAS and related conditions in order to provide accurate provincial surveillance of FAS through BCVSA’s Health Status Registry (HSR). Purpose was to develop recommendations for training medical professionals to report FAS diagnoses to the HSR. Project included identification of training materials and medical professionals to be targeted for such training. Model recommended for use.
