Brief Description: CEEP Employment provides structured and supported community employment experience and placement with supportive employers for unemployed male youth living with FASD. This employment will provide youth with FASD the opportunity to gain both “hard” and “soft” employability skills in a carefully structured work environment as paid employees, to obtain professional assistance in obtaining suitable mainstream employment, and ongoing support to maintain that employment.
