Brief Description: A Circle of Elders will provide support, understanding, and caring for Vancouver's urban aboriginal peoples who have been impacted by FASD. They will work with programs that are closely associated with VNHS Child and Family Support Services, neighbourhood houses and community centres. As the program gains expertise, additional outreach will be developed in schools, daycares, hospital outpatient departments, etc.
