Brief Description:
As part of this research project, the pilot project will provide some services to families of children or youth between the ages of 7 and 17 who were prenatally exposed to alcohol or drugs. Consultation to service providers will also be provided. Information about what is helpful to this client group will be gathered from families and service providers who receive direct services, in addition to consultations with systems who currently serve school age children and youth. A model of service delivery will then be developed. A final report describing the model and giving recommendations will be produced.
