Brief Description: A not-for profit agency that evolved from the Manitoba FAS Community Mobilization Project. Provides clinical case management, individualized habilitative plans, outreach mentors, referral, advocacy, drop in, and residential resources for adolescents and adults affected by FASD. Residential resources include: interdependent supported community living fully staffed homes for up to two residents, and foster/proctor placements. A practice based case management mentor model framed by a harm reduction & empowerment philosophy is utilized. Community development initiatives including FASD education and fee for service consultation services are also available.
