Brief Description:
Phase One: feasibility study, development of an outline of a manual and the design of an actual pilot project in conjunction with community partners. Phase Two: planned project to be implemented. Demonstration project for providing support needed to persons with FASD to live stable and personally satisfying lives. Project will not focus on supporting people in just one housing unit, but wherever is most appropriate and where they want to live, including in privately owned housing.  Phase Three: expansion, continuation and mainstreaming of the pilot project. Homelessness Initiative funding not guaranteed for Phase Two and Three, but other funds should allow project to move ahead regardless.
