Brief Description: The Saskatchewan Prevention Institute, in partnership with Saskatchewan Government, will develop, implement and evaluate a new FASD awareness media campaign aimed at increasing public awareness and knowledge of the risks of drinking alcohol during pregnancy and each individual's role in prevention of FASD. The evaluation plan will include province-wide telephone pre and post-campaign surveys and discussion sessions with representative groups. The new FASD campaign plan is based on Social Marketing theory and best practices.
