Publications
: The Project has produced Helping Families, Helping Children Parts I and II videos and an accompanying manual in 1998 and 2001 respectively. These videos present clear information about FASD and demonstrate ways and strategies for families to support affected children. The videos continue to be available at a nominal cost though YKACL, and are purchased by organizations and agencies throughout Canada and the United States.

Brief Description
: goals are to (1) work in partnership with Yellowknife children’s and families’ programs to provide support to children ages 0-6 who may be affected with FASD or who have a diagnosis; (2) provide direct support to caregivers of children ages 0-6; and (3) improve the knowledge and awareness on the management and prevention of FASD. Funded for next two years through PHAC. Northern Secretariat completed an evaluation of all CAP-C projects this past winter
