Brief Description: A project to develop a model of mentorship support for high-risk women, both pregnant and those who have already given birth, where addiction has been identified as a barrier that relates to their ability to parent. Project facilitators and mentors will provide assistance with housing, medical care, pregnancy outreach programs, 12 step recovery meetings, daycare, application for Persons with Disability process if client has FASD, ongoing education related to addictions, FASD, NAS, recovery, etc.
