Brief Description: project had 3 goals: (1) develop national FASD information and resources network for all agencies working with sex workers and health experts across Canada; in order to identify areas of common concern; what is currently being done; where the gaps are and to develop the most effective means of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of FASD (2) increase the capacity of front line workers by developing workshops on FASD for front line workers, professionals and sex trade workers themselves; and (3) develop appropriate resource material that reaches those closest to the street; developed by sex trade workers and birth mothers themselves.
