Brief Description: The goal of this project is to improve public and family/caregiver knowledge about the use of Representation Agreements as a tool for personal planning for individuals with FASD and their support network. Assistance will be provided for 5-7 adults with FASD and their families/supports in relation to creating one of these agreements. Project aims to additionally examine whether and how these agreements address the planning and assisted decision making needs of adults with FASD and learn, through this ground-up process, how best to provide education and assistance to the FASD community about these agreements.
