Brief Description: The Restorative Justice Program has two main objectives for individuals with FASD. First, it provides alternate justice measures for youth and first time offenders. Second, it provides awareness and education to the community regarding the relationship between crime and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). In addition to coordinating community justice forums the program links mentors with FASD affected youth. The program includes FASD and restorative justice training and workshops for facilitators and mentors, and facilitates community awareness and education.
