Brief Description: HRDC Opportunities Fund funded project (salaries and hands-on training supervisor) with additional funded services (employment counseling and placement counselor) from Surrey Rehabilitation Services that provides supervised and supported employment for 6 residents of the Genesis House FASD Program. Program provides and compliments the structure of the residential program. Focus is ability based and on finding the right match for the client. Works with very high risk clientele.
