Brief Description
: addresses the needs of two groups of people in the Yukon: adults with FASD and those who have been incarcerated, recognizing the overlap between the two. Goal was to collect data which can be used to support adults with FASD to live independently with appropriate supports by: 
  • helping to define the systemic/structural issues that contribute to homelessness for adults with FASD, especially those supports and services they need to help them live independently
  • identifying changes in their current living arrangements which could lead to reduced homelessness in the short and long term; and
  • identifying changes which could help[ to prevent homelessness
